Very quiet and yet close to the town. Unique property and the Bathub ! Exceptionally good service.

Its a small thing - but wish they could invest in some large capacity water heaters. As the weather is nice and cool. We did get hot water but not with great pressure. And the bathtub water is warm not hot.

I liked the location, the setting and the room. The bath was great although the heater was not working well but it was still fine; and the owners were friendly. Thank you!

The road to the place is very bad and needs to be fixed. It is a short road but still not good for our car. The parking can also be improved.

All in all a very nice experience! These people know how to take care of a nice place and make their guests happy. Taking a bath in an outside bathtub, with a view, just before the rain starts - exceptional!

Parking is a tad difficult, and there should be a sign pointing to "Reception". The steps up to the bungalows can be difficult for people who have difficulties walking/climbing! But those are visible in their pictures, so...!

There was a wonderful view from our house. the breakfast was very tasty and the owner was very nice! we even talked a little and he accompanied us

For some reason the air conditioner did not cool the air, but humidified it. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable and it was impossible to sleep. Someone was biting our legs all night😬😬😬 we didn’t get enough sleep

INCREDIBLY RECOMMENDED!!! The staff helped us with all the questions we had about the nearby temples, motorcycle rental, with doubts about the bus terminal and many more. Super friendly to us and the breakfast is GREAT :) The room is dreamy, the sound of nature while you take a bath on the terrace is a memory that I will have forever. In short, SUPER SUPER RECOMMENDED, you have to stay here if you go to Chiang Rai 💘

The host was the kindest and most attentive person ever. Made the stay 10000 times better. Also the view and the breakfast were great.

The shower could be warmer.

Beautiful large room with mountain view and very comfortable bed in a family run facility. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Room had large balcony with outdoor shower and tub (there is also an indoor shower for cool AMs). The facility is quite new, two years old and rooms are spotless.

Location is about three miles from the city center in a green area. Best if you have a motorbike or car for stays. Taxis have problems finding the place although staff were always willing to phone drivers and explain location.

the host is awesome, he is kind and helpful and arranged everything for us its a relaxing stay away from the city the room is beautiful and the bathtub outside is a great perk

we unfortunately got one of the back rooms, and the view is covered by trees from the neighbour, so we couldn’t really enjoy the view. i would have also loved some lounge chairs in the balcony the room was quite humid and had a bit of a humid smell that we tried to ventilate constantly, but at night the room is missing mosquito nets and we didn’t want bugs to get in.
