Staff canceled our reservation and refunded us without issue.

Room smelled musty, was dirty and very disappointing. Pictures online are misleading.

The cleanliness of our room was outstanding, and you couldn't ask for a better location. Breakfast evety day was good, and the staff was absolutely great! Rooms are spacious, and we love the balcony overlooking the river.

We are spoiled to our own bed mattresses at home, which are softer, so it took a bit to get used to the bed as these are more firm. Not at all a deal breaker. Greystone will be our go-to whenever we stay in Gatlinburg!

Clean & tidy the room and location were fantastic.

The breakfast did not reflect the quality of the room. We skipped the breakfast due to the poor offering.
