The location and the vibes.

I found the reception staff to be very curt, unfriendly and not at all hospitable. It felt like we were entering a school or hospital. In my opinion the blame for this lies with the management for not providing the proper training or maybe that’s how the management wants them to present themselves. In any case it was very off putting. The restaurant also needs to be managed properly. The service was poorly handled and basic things like keeping plates, cutlery and water had to be asked for.

Lovely staff and a great location... overall facilities are nice and a very special mention of the food.... great selection and really nice taste

Its falling apart! You can clearly see pieces of wall cladding coming off... the walls and rooms, especially wooden walls are not dusted and there is a sense of disrepair. Management.....wake up!!

The room is not at all worth it, no hot water in washroom, not cleaned, no intercom so had to go to reception for everything, also food is expensive, the do overcharged for everything, no activites in resort, it was waste of money , u cannot sit outside and eat anything also too much water collected surrounding the property so too many mosquito and bugs.....no one comes for cleaning the room, I had bad experience
