Mango Creek Resort

AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, AND PEACEFUL! This is an outstanding place for your relaxing vacation! The property is amazing with rainforest going up the hill and a great segment of coastline. Mango Creek only accommodates a few guests at a time (less than 20), so your stay there will be very peaceful. The cabanas on the water are amazing, with comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms. It was super cool to go to sleep to the sound of the water outside! The meals that they cook for you are delicious and perfectly prepared. The owners are extremely accommodating, and they will make you feel welcome right away. They will also help you set up your days' activities, which for my family included snorkeling, kayaking, a boat tour of the mangroves, and fly fishing as well as a day trip to the more commercial West End. One thing to be aware of is that the property truly is 'off-grid': you can't get there by car; it generates its own electricity; and it is far removed from the more touristy parts of the island. In my view, this was a major strength and contributed to this being the most laid-back and peaceful trip I have ever had!

We had a true Carribean experience at this secluded beautiful resort. After a beautiful boat ride, we were greeted by Will and his daughter Sophie, and my new friend Jack. We were treated like family. This unique resort offers fishing, scuba ,snorkeling, kayaking, sailboating, hiking. All for their guests. Amazing natural surroundings. Tranquil and peaceful. The bungalows on the water are perfect for a back to nature getaway. The entire staff were kind and professional. The chef (Joy) served perfectly delicious meals. Our last meal was fresh lobster and it was the best of my life! We left refreshed and rejuvenated. And we will definitely return to this quiet paradise for a recharge. You'll come as a guest and leave like family friends. A 5*

We went on our honeymoon and this was the perfect location. Everything was provided for us on the resort. We were well fed with very good food and had access to drinks 24/7. The Resort stands on its own with no town nearby but this means it is a super quiet area. we had some really special snorkel trips during our time and it was so nice not to have the boat traffic or crowds of other snorkelers.

The time that we had on the resort the weather was extremely humid and hot, there are fans but no air conditioning so we struggled to sleep. Also the wifi doesn’t work in A lot of the Bunglows, so if you don’t want to be unplugged this is not the place for you .
