Only 4 items was there.

1. room was not clean, 2. bed sheet was not clean 3. TV was damage. 4. Sleeper was not there. 5. water tap was damage. 6. Mosquito was in room. 7. Hanger was not there any single one. 8. Harassing at cheeking time, said to us booking.com don't inform to us. without informed we don't able to cheek in- after 1 hr later provided the room. then entry in one room no 202, in the mean time one person say please change the room give them 203 no. 10. not have any facilities for the clothes wearing..we are using the upper in table..

looked nice from the outside - inside is outdated and many issues with plumbing and other maintenance needs doing. The swimming pool was a nice addition to the stay

Slow and steady service . Needs improvement inside the property to bring it to up to update . Most of the staff are polite and respectful also helpful apart from a few with poor manners. The hot water was not working one if the managers stated we should wait for the heat of the day then we won’t feel the cold water, how rude and disrespectful. Poor l communication skills and lack of training in hospitality of guests. A few staff were very helpful like Prothik and the other house keeping staff. Disappointing that you have to order the same items for 2 people which is ridiculous so we ate outside dinner . The breakfast was delicious and served fresh and hot . The surrounding area was very nice and natural . The second manager was very helpful and exchanged the room for the rest of our stay as we had planned to leave the next morning,

Grand selim is a worst hotel.

Wasn't what I expected but overall it was very good the staff we're very helpful and nice.
