The view.

La chambre était communiquante avec une autre chambre louée à une famille très bruyante qui a crié jusqu'à 23h. La salle de bain était très sale, impossible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche car tout était cassé, le miroir était remplis de traces de dentifrices, les serviettes étaient trouées, les murs tâchés, les 3 plats commandés non disponibles....

utamanya di fasilitas kolam renang tolong dimaksimalkan pelayanan dan keamanannya terutama utk anak anak yg berenang..pada saat kami skeluarga menginap disana memang di hari jam kerja, hotel sepi.. tidak ada staf/ petugas khsus kolam renang yg berjaga di sekeliling kolam renang..handuk utk di kolam renang juga tidak ada dan harus menggunakan handuk di kamar..utk sekelas bintang 4 keatas seharusnya ini bs menjadi perhatian..

Well thought out, clean room and nice balcony. Real hotel experience. Friendly staff and westerner friendly atmosphere. Excellent, calm place to retreat after a full day of exploring the local area. The room service menu positively surprised us. While the items come at a price premium to the local (also excellent) food, the clean food and the convenience makes it a nice option to have.

Breakfast is not particularly good value for money in our opinion, the room service menu is much better. Water cooker in the room was damaged, the cap on the top kept falling off. I'm sure if we would have told them they would have fixed it quickly but it didn't bother us too much. Still, these kind of things should not make it past room inspection.

Breakfast was great. Staff were generally good. One manager was quite "suggestive" that he was being very special, hinting at extra tips, but in all, superior to the Grand Rocky. The location was great if you like great scenery and quiet solitude. Would not be so good if you like city activity.
