My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel, our room, the service, the food, the beach were perfect.We had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

For a hotel of that rank, maybe they could provide coffee and water in the room at no charge.

Единствената препоръка, която бих направила е, ако е възможно, двойките да бъдат в отделни сгради от семийствата с деца. Не е приятно, докато почиваш в съседните помещения децата да тичат и крещят.

The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, making it an ideal place for complete relaxation. From the moment of arrival until departure, the staff were attentive, professional, and exceptionally welcoming. The food was outstanding. We stayed on a half-board basis, and every meal included in the package was excellent. The coffee was also of a very high quality. The beach is well maintained and provides a pleasant environment for relaxation. The staff consistently performed their duties to a high standard, contributing to the overall positive experience. Throughout our stay, we felt genuinely valued and warmly welcomed as guests. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Our stay at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort was extremely disappointing and far below the standards one would expect from a luxury 5-star hotel. The problems started even before our arrival. Booking.com stated that accommodation for our baby was free, yet the final reservation price increased by approximately €300 when we added our child. We accepted the higher price because the main reason we chose this hotel was the private pool room. That specific room was the reason we were willing to pay significantly more. However, upon arrival, we discovered that our reservation had been changed without our knowledge and that we had been assigned a completely different room without a private pool. We immediately reported the issue to reception, and we were assured that it was a mistake and that we would be moved to the correct room shortly. From that moment on, we were simply lied to. We arrived at around 1:00 PM, checked in at 3:00 PM, and for the rest of the afternoon and evening we were repeatedly told that our private pool room was still being cleaned and would be ready soon. For more than 7 hours, every conversation with reception ended with exactly the same excuse. We called several times and each time were told to wait a little longer. In the end, nobody contacted us, nobody moved us, and nobody took responsibility. It became obvious that the room was never going to be provided and that we had simply been misled throughout the entire day. Mistakes happen, but lying to guests for over 7 hours instead of telling them the truth is completely unacceptable and frankly insulting. What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. Rather than showing professionalism and a willingness to help, they were rude, arrogant, and dismissive. This is not the level of service anyone should expect from a hotel that claims to offer luxury hospitality. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there.
