The Mesare Eco Resort

Le personnel était adorable, aux petits soins et vraiment gentils avec notre fils de 4ans. Le massage balinais était super (malgré le bruit de la tondeuse en fond ) Si vous souhaitez être en pleine nature c’est super !

La propreté et l’humidité dans la chambre. L’odeur de l’humidité et les draps mouillés. Ok nous sommes en saison des pluies, mais j’ai fini par retirer les draps et voir la couette et les oreillers complètement moisis. J’ai demandé au personnel de changer cela mais soit ils ont remis les mêmes, soit toutes les couettes et oreillers sont moisis car ils l’étaient aussi. L’endroit central n’est pas stratégique car il vous faut au minimum 45 min de scooter pour rejoindre un point d’intérêt et les routes sont tellement accidentées que ce n’est pas plaisant, et pourtant nous sommes aventuriers dans l’âme.

The resort is beautiful - the rooms were spacious, a comfortable bed and the shower was great. The included breakfast was tasty and filling and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is very nice and they have lots of different dietaries covered. The yoga shala was a nice bonus - however they do not seem to run classes there. I was travelling solo and this location is probably better for couples or groups.

Whilst the remote location is not a huge issue, be mindful that if you do not drive a scooter you'll need to rely on private transport to get around the island. The bikes offered from the resort are in great condition but the cost of renting them was high. I had a massage at the resort that was just okay - it would have been worth the cost if it was a good massage but sadly it was not. I'd recommend getting one in town instead.

Service, people, huge bed, the villa, yoga place, food. Everything was nice and the place is very clean. The restaurant offers board games for guests, which is a lovely touch. It was especially nostalgic to play Battleship again — such a simple but fun experience that made the evening even more enjoyable.

However, the only downside was the very high humidity in the room. Because of this, our clothes would not dry at all and everything felt slightly damp, which was a bit uncomfortable. Another small issue was the ambient music from the restaurant, which plays on repeat throughout the day. If you are staying in a villa facing the restaurant, it can become quite disturbing after a while. However, I truly appreciate that when I mentioned this, the staff reacted immediately and turned the music off, which shows their professionalism and care for guests.

Un véritable havre de paix à The Mesare Eco Resort ! Nous avons adoré le cadre exceptionnel, niché en pleine nature, parfait pour se ressourcer après une journée d’exploration à Nusa Penida. Les bungalows sont confortables, propres et décorés avec goût, dans un esprit éco-responsable très appréciable. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. Mention spéciale pour le restaurant : plats délicieux et copieux !

Seul petit bémol : l’accessibilité, qui peut être un peu compliquée. Mais finalement, c’est aussi ce qui fait tout le charme du lieu. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité, fuir le bruit de la ville et vivre un vrai moment de communion avec la nature, c’est l’endroit idéal.

El entorno. Las instalaciones. La cabaña que nos tocó era hermosa. En el living outdoor te sentías en el medio de la selva.

Está muy alejada de todo. Es para ir y estar dentro del complejo. No hay restaurantes cercanos, ni playa ni nada. Las calles exteriores no están bien como para andar en moto y el alquiler de moto en el hotel es un poco más caro que en otros lugares, así como la comida. Muy buen servicio y rica pero cara a comparación de lo que es indonesia.
