Eagles Palace - Small Luxury Hotels of the World

We were traveling as a couple. Our favorite memories were our daily lunches at Armya! The ENTIRE STAFF was so accommodating and hospitable, and they made each afternoon great. I cannot neglect to mention Ioannis at the pool bar. So friendly and attentive, the best margarita, and downright professional, and really excellent at his job. Unlike other places we've stayed, we noticed a lack of staff, which most certainly put a bit of pressure on the team - but we never noticed it in these two spots. Also to highlight are the excellent meals and teams from Lofos (the Italian venue) and Kamaras (the education we received there about the ingredients, such as local olive oil, was so insightful and special!).

The Buffett restaurant, Melathron. I'm sorry, but almost every time we ate there, the hot food simply was not hot enough. Loved the salad bar with the cheeses and breads, so props for that. The team was also sweet, but we felt that maybe some needed more training in service. I say this kindly, but I worked at a Five -Star hotel chain in the States, and not everything here was at that level. Lastly, and this is completely on me, I did not realize when I booked the hotel how really, truly family-friendly it is - super great if you are coming with a family to chill, but not great for a couple like us. Not a ding on the hotel at all. They do a great job for families. Just not for us.

Локація прекрасна і власний пляж з тихою зоною.

Ресторани працюють тільки до 9 години далі це квест😂 знайди місце в ресторані, і знайди собі якісну їжу, або їж в номері на відпочинку, це смішно… Дуже брудно на сніданках. Готель позиціонує себе як люкс сервіс але відношення до цього статусу не має, ціна якість дуже перебільшена 😔 рецепція працює дуже повільно, багато людей але хаотично вирішують питання.
