Absolutely no service… not even tea coffee or even an electric kettle.

Good location

The location was great, just a short drive from the Ferry dock and close to an array of different local eateries. The room was clean and good size. For the price it was a great place to stay for anyone visiting Neil island on a budget.

Just a few things that can be improved. The first being no hot water for the shower during my stay, which wasn’t too much of an issue for me but for other guests this may be an issue. Second being the checkout time at 8am which is pretty early for anyone during a visit to any property and third was the fact that there wasn’t any WiFi at the property which is something that should be available, in this day and age as it’s fundamental to the way people live there lives now.

Very bad experience. Location was rural. Rooms were vry small.There was no facility of TV,Ac and others things.No option of food was there.In short..Don't waste your money for this hotel

It was clean and sufficiently big. TV was working...AC was working well.

The owner, young lady, was rather more frank. She was not ready to give two towels for two passengers.. The owner was very clear that there is no need to provide hot water for bathing; neither in shower nor separately.. Even we were expected to pay for wifi.. Neither breakfast not boiled drinking water was made available..

Gud hotel to stay. Worthy staying
