1 week before I booked through you.Till 5.6.26 the day of my journey even after my repeated calls to the Hotel they did not confirm. On the day of the journey while I was driving from Kochi to Velangani I was very tensed and I again called at the Hotel.One Mr.Rajan attended the call and he said there is no such booking in my name and insisted the booking ID.I told him I was driving with my family and I cannot stop in the highway.After repeated arguments he said OK you come and he will give a room.After I reached the Hotel also his behaviour was very bag and he was arguing with me.He said they are interested only in phone booking.
