Staff is very good. Polite, well trained, accommodating, helpful and understanding. Somanna is excellent in his role! Raghu takes pride in his role as the barista of the estate!

Plastics burning, Pesticides spraying & Painting. = Pollution. The one reason everyone wants to run away from big polluted cities to cleaner smaller dwellings in the midst of nature. We paid for peace, calm, relaxation and rejuvenation. We got, plastic burning fumes, spray from pest control and fumes from painting all on the first day itself. Overload of aerosols, free radicals and carcinogens, as if we went all the way from Bangalore to get cancer. The hotel staff shifted us to another property, but, I am still not sure if they understood the ill effects of these harmful exposures even to themselves, not just the guests.

Secluded location within the forest with lovely views over the Ghatts. Very good dinner and breakfast buffets. Excellent service.

Soundproofing between rooms not the best.

Loved the resort. The vibe, the staff was so accommodating and humble throughout. The room was spacious. The food was just great, every dish was outstanding.
