Rooms could hv been modern...food definitely can improve...with the amount paid

Expensive . Very far from town

. The property is beautifully set within a coffee estate. The cottage matched the pictures perfectly and was excellent in every way. The staff were warm, courteous, and very helpful. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the food was also quite good.

The menu was somewhat limited. It would have been nice to experience some local Malnad cuisine, but the staff mentioned that options were restricted due to an LPG shortage. Not a complaint—just a small disappointment in what was otherwise a lovely and splendid stay.

The AC was closed once slept and water bottles were not provided during the checkout day

This is a lovely family oriented resort in Chikkamagalur. Its ideal for a cosy family holiday. The staff is very friendly and caring, and even though as a large group we had irregular timings & varied requests, they accommodated all of it with a smile.

Some of the equipment in the gym and games room can be better maintained.

Fantastic location, facilities and staff. Great value for money.

Not a single thing

The stay was excellent - the staff were very courteous and proactive- food was very good and freshly made and served very nicely☺️

very quiet environment, not so much to do :) but lovely to relax and read a book
