Rooms are Spacious and comfortable . Breakfast is good. Various in-house sports facilities are there for chilling out.

Remotely located.. Avoid the rainy season if possible .. Some dishes prepared by the cook were really bad like Chilly chicken and Some were good also.

The location is outstanding. The property overall is good including the staff.

The beds (mattresses) were not comfortable, they were too old and one could feel the springs of the mattress..

I opted for Luxury cottage. Paid 6K per night. Felt I paid 2K extra. Nothing was luxury or fancy about the stay. Food here is good for non-vegetarians. For veggie ppl it may disappoint. The property is 2 hours far away from Mullayanagiri, Baba Budangiri and many waterfalls which are must visit when you come to Chikkamagaluru. The entire property is in middle of Coffee Plantation. If you want to just come here and relax and not travel anywhere, this property is just for you. Its very peaceful and good. But if you want to explore the view points of Chikkamagalur and visit waterfalls, please avoid and stay somewhere close to Mullayanagiri. P.S this property is very very old. Neatly maintained. One of the ”OG” stay of Chikkamagaluru.

2 hours drive to reach major tourist attractions.

Set right within a large coffee plantation you are surrounded by greenery, the sound of birds and the wind blowing through the trees. Comfortable cottages, great food and excellent service

Nothing to complain: it was great

Nice ambience and great climate .

Food is not that great. Lunch is limited but breakfast is good.
