Accommodation was lacking was put in a pet friendly unit which smelled

Durect views of the mounts are breathtaking, the chalet is very spacious, beautiful swimming pool, we enjoyed using it. The chalet have good privacy and soundproof. The surrounding tourist attraction make the stay enjoyable. The cleaners are very friendly and clean every day. We enjoyed our stay.

The staircase is uncomfortable especially at night when you go to the bathroom and to the kitchen 🙃.

Location in the berg, natural beauty of the area and available activities

Chalets and resort in general need a bit of upkeep, looking a bit tired. Fly fishing options are quite a way from the resort and didn't get that impression from the website.

Food was great

Staff at reception need to change their attitude to be helpful and not blockers

We arrived very late however the keys were left with security who were very friendly and helpful. We were booked at chalet that we occupied before and it was cleaner than it was before and with new furniture.

We asked the reception for late checkout but the way she answered was very unfriendly.

Good location, excellent scenery, plenty of activities to do for both children and adults, comfortable accommodation, friendly and helpful staff, lovely restaurant on-premise.

Hiking trails need more signage.

Room was overwhelmed with the smell of pine gel( reminds people of toilet) . There was no safe in the room . Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Service was slow .
