MUNI MUNI VILLAS SIARGAO

Friendly attentive staff, rooms kept very clean. Pool cleaned daily. There aren't many rooms here so the feel is more intimate and quiet. Located a little out of town but perfectly sited near a beach with boats for our surf trips each day just down the road. We also found our new rescue dog here on this beach which we have adopted and are currently organising to have move to the UK! When you see any dogs, please give them some dog food or a bowl of clean fresh water. The Island is jaw droppingly beautiful and the people incredibly kind and welcoming. We found this accomodation to be just what we needed to explore from and have no hesitation recommending it.

The restaurant next door which is linked to the accommodation (it serves your breakfast etc) Served us nearly raw chicken one evening. We had eaten a little before we noticed. When we told the staff they offered us a free desert... Take from that what you will. Luckily we weren't ill so the chicken must have been very fresh.

Beautiful little oasis - it makes you forget you are in Siargao. We didn’t really want to leave the premises as it was so comfortable and serene! The kitchen and rooms were amazing - it felt like home!

The food and drinks menu could be expanded a little bit to fit the modern vibe of other places in Siargao. Otherwise everything was top!

Front desk personnel were exceptionally helpful coordinating reservations to restaurants, getting tuk-tuks, vans and generally anything the guests needed, always with a smile! We stayed in 2 Deluxe Rooms on the ground floor. Our stay came with free breakfasts which ranged from hearty & delicious to healthy & yummy! From smoothie bowls to pancakes to Filipino breakfasts! Coffee was exceptionally good. They offered soy and oatmilk alternatives to fresh milk for lactose intolerant guests. We looked forward to our breakfasts at Munimuni every morning! The resort is a few minutes walk to Cloud 9 and the Breakwater. Their newly-opened air-conditioned restaurant, Neverland, is a great dining addition and their menu is full of favourites, including select flavors of the island's best gelato, Halika! The resort also has a pool and a yoga area. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was good with plentiful hot water. We got a free tote and slippers! As we spent New Year there, the resort also provided festive hairbands and noise-makers. These and many other thoughtful touches, along with the great service and well-designed layout made our first visit to Siargao truly enjoyable!

There's not much that I didn't like except that it was a bit noisy in the mornings and that I missed being by the beach.

The best part was the service. We were attended to very well. The staff took care and went over and beyond to fulfill our needs. The location is near the Tuktuk, so it’s very easy to go around. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And they had a generator so even when there were power interruptions, our rooms were unaffected.
