Even though the view from the room overlooks the rooftops of Patong, which aren't particularly attractive on their own, the balcony's west-facing orientation offers a beautiful view of Patong at sunset. As in most hotels in Thailand, the staff here are incredibly friendly. Bathrobes and slippers as part of the room amenities.

For people like me who love to sunbathe, there are only about 4–6 sun loungers by the pool bar that aren’t in the shade, so I had to get up early every day to make sure I got a good spot.

Hotel was beautiful spotless clean in a great location Staff are so helpful and friendly at all times Kit was the most helpful and supportive always had a smile happy to help me.

I didn’t like that there was construction for a couple of days in my stay but it wasn’t ever noticeable other than 1 morning I could hear them

Room was good, Did not use the pool but it looked ok many people used it, Room cleaned everyday, staff were very good very friendly. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. I was happy.

When arrived room was not the room I had booked, I spoke to front desk and they said wait until morning and we will find you another room In the morning CHA found us another room which was the room I had booked originally, I was happy after that. Parking my car was a bit difficult but staff usually found me a spot.

В целом удобное расположение, ночью тихо и спокойно. Не далеко до рынка Банзан, большого торгового центра Jungceylon, Бангла роуд минут 5-7 спокойным темпом. До пляжа Патонг идти минут 10, но мы ездили на разные пляжи, и нам главное было тишина и спокойствие. При этом район сам по себе очень живой, много магазинов, кафе на любой вкус и кошелек, магазины, массаж и все что угодно! Уборка была каждый день, поэтому в номере всегда было чисто и свежо. Чистое постельное белье, каждый раз при уборке новые полотенца. Бассейн теплый и очень чистый. В целом за свою цену это вообще отлично))

On m'a facturé un verre que jai cassé ce qui est normal mais ils m'ont aussi facturer un 2eme verre que jai apporté quelques minute plus tard et ils ont refuser de me le rembourser en protestant qu'ils avaient envoyer l'argent a la comptabilité et qu'ils ne pouvaient donc pas me rembourser alors ils m'ont dit de garder le verre ce n'était pas une somme énorme mais c'est le principe ..aussi la nourriture au bar de la piscine était infecte mais la propreté au niveau des de la chambre était au top
