They appear to merge in-house guests with day-outing special visitors for meals and common facilities, which made the overall experience very chaotic and unpleasant. It felt as though guests booking through certain online platforms, such as Agoda, were given more attention compared to those who booked through Booking.com, which was disappointing. The swimming pool was not a family-friendly space during our stay. There seemed to be no supervision or control over certain groups using inappropriate and offensive language openly in front of families and children, making it very uncomfortable. This is certainly not a place I would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful or relaxing family stay. Even for basic meal service such as lunch or high tea, it felt like a struggle due to the some special crowd—unless you opted for à la carte. What was most disappointing was the indifferent attitude of the reception and management team. They showed very little concern for the comfort or overall experience of guests staying at the property for multiple days. Ironically, the only people who seemed genuinely courteous and concerned were the buggy driver and the security guard at the main gate, who politely asked about our stay and invited us to visit again. They displayed far more hospitality and professionalism than the management or reception staff. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience

Location is good and the facility is well planned

Walking area is small , internet is bit weak

Went there for a day the rooms were clean and the staff’s were well trained and good. It was a nice experience.

The hotel was amazing all round the staff were all very friendly and pleasent especially Mr vishal & shankar he is very friendly and making conversation comfortable and enjoyable .The food was excellent from quality quantity and value from money.The room were fabulous and very comfortable,The hotel overall had everything was very wonderfull
