NOTHING! A perfect place to send someone if you wish to seek revenge on them. My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. The room was unhygienic from the moment I checked in. There was hair all over the room, the bathroom had a persistent foul smell, and the bedding appeared dirty. I had to request that the bedding be changed immediately. What was even more alarming was the condition of the mattress. I found what appeared to be mold, lizard droppings, and signs of poor maintenance and cleanliness. Every time I entered the room, I experienced intense itching, and during my stay I developed a rash, leading me to suspect the presence of bed bugs. I raised these concerns with the staff and later with the owner, Mrs. Avneet. Unfortunately, instead of taking ownership of the situation and addressing the issues, I found her response rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic hospitality. I initially tried to adjust and resolve the matter politely, but the condition of the room and the lack of accountability made that impossible. No guest should have to endure such unhygienic conditions or suffer physical discomfort during their stay. This experience caused both mental distress and physical discomfort, and I have formally sought a refund and considered pursuing a consumer complaint. I would strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution before booking this property.

It’s right at the centre of Anjuna . Greenery is there and it’s good.
