The cottage location on the beach, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the quality of the food, the value for money of the accommodation and food, great A.C

None of the following is specific to the property itself but there are too many dogs on the beach, too much dog excrement on the beach and India needs to do something about rubbish on it’s beaches

Great food. Beautiful and picturesque during the day and equally good ambiance at night. Staff was very respectful and helpful. I wanted to explore south goa, but truth be told I spent most of my time at the stay.
