Bavi Annam Garden

Nhân viên không nhiệt tình từ lúc hướng dẫn khách địa chỉ chỗ nghỉ, ga giường có vết bẩn và nhện con trong phòng, đồ ăn chưa xứng đáng với giá tiền và trong bát ăn cũng có nhện con làm mất khẩu vị ăn uống.

L’emplacement est beau.

Ce n’était pas adapté à nos attentes et c’était compliqué de louer un scooter pour se rendre au Parc de Ba Vi et cher (400k la journée)

The buildings are all different, laid out in a spacious garden. There are several swimming pools, all nice and clean. The room was nice, clean and had everything you would expect. Although we did not speak Vietnamese, we managed to communicate with google translate and a staff member was super helpful when I managed to loose our key one night. (We found it the next day fortunately dropped in the street). This staff member was especially helpful with our queries and requests. There are several shops and restaurants nearby, so you have choices where to eat. The people we met were really kind and helpful.

There was some confusion when we arrived. We were asked if we wanted lunch and were presented with a full menu. However It turned out only one thing was available, and none of the drinks. However we later learned this was because it was low season and there were few guests. The staff need to know in advance in order to shop for the necessary items. The confusion came from our difficulty in initial communication.

Family friendly place. Pool was a bit small and shallow so better for smaller kids. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Très joli lieu. Chambre entourée d'une mare de lotus qui appelle à la contemplation. Douceur de vivre. Équipe adorable, très aidante.

Manque d'intérêt de la région pour un séjour prolongé mais jolie balade dans le parc national.

Endroit calme et dans la nature. Bungalow cosy. 3 belle piscine . C’était tres bien .

Bavi Annam Garden is a great place to stay. The staff is amazing, very helpful and enthusiastic. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, they were professionals with the translation apps. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The gardens surrounding the bungalows were peaceful and relaxing. I loved this place and will definitely be back.
