Notre séjour au Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très bien situé et parfaitement entretenu. La piscine est immense, toujours propre et très agréable. La plage est également superbe, propre et bien aménagée, idéale pour se détendre et profiter de la mer Rouge. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriant, professionnel et aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous pendant tout le séjour. Un immense merci à Mohamed Khaled du lobby bar, aux serveurs Abderrahmane, Mahmoud (restaurant Alfredo), Yassine et Ibrahim, à Mohssen des restaurants Culina et Alfredo, à Sayed Ibrahim de la réception, ainsi qu’à Mhamed, notre homme de chambre, pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur excellente humeur. Une mention spéciale à Monsieur Sayed Ibrahim, qui a toujours été présent, attentif à nos besoins et aux petits soins tout au long de notre séjour. Son professionnalisme et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence. Un grand merci également aux chefs Mahmoud Amer, Rifae, Khaled, Ahmed et Karim Mohamed, qui nous ont régalés chaque jour avec une cuisine délicieuse et variée. Grâce à toute cette équipe exceptionnelle, notre séjour a été inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel à 100 % ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dear Management and the Wonderful Team, ​My wife and I are currently staying with you, and I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere appreciation for the incredible hospitality we have experienced so far. ​We recently moved to your resort from another hotel in Hurghada, and the contrast has been night and day. What truly stands out for us here is your exceptional staff. Unlike our previous experience where service was purely reactive, your team is remarkably proactive. They consistently check in on our well-being, and some have even taken the time to learn our names and our drinks of choice. It is a wonderfully personal touch that has made us feel incredibly welcome. ​Furthermore, the quality of the food across your restaurants is outstanding. The flavors are amazing—the soups have become a particular favorite of mine, while my wife is thoroughly enjoying the fresh grilled meats. Having the pastry counter available for a late-night sweet treat is also a fantastic feature. ​Because we are having such a professional and memorable experience, we are already planning to break our personal rule of "never revisiting the same hotel" just to come back and see you again very soon. ​With the hope of making your excellent resort even better, I did want to offer two minor, constructive observations from a guest perspective: ​Room Door Closures: We noticed quite a bit of noisy door-banging along the guest room floors. Fitting soft-closing mechanisms on the room doors would drastically reduce the noise and ensure a more peaceful, undisturbed stay for everyone. ​Ice Cream Station Hygiene: Currently, the ice cream scoop is left sitting in a container of water between uses. As this can inadvertently encourage bacterial growth and present a public health risk, we would highly recommend having this station actively managed and served by a staff member to maintain optimal hygiene standards. ​Thank you all again for making our time in Hurghada so special.
