Wspaniała obsługa. Smaczne jedzenie.. wszędzie jest bardzo czysto. super czysta plaża i dobrze wykończone prawie nowe pokoje

Tout le personnel est vraiment incroyable, extrêmement gentil et bienveillant, merci beaucoup pour tout!! Les piscines sont bien, très propres et grandes, il y a assez d'espace pour profiter pleinement des installations sans se sentir à l'étroit. La propreté est irréprochable!!

Bien que le buffet soit grand, il propose malheureusement les mêmes plats tout les jours, on a donc très vite fait le tour. Le choix des cocktails n'est pas grand non plus, on aurait apprécié des classiques comme l'indétrônable Aperol Sbritz.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The overall experience was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Sayed Ibrahim for his warm welcoming spirit — he truly made a great first impression and set the tone for the entire stay. I would also like to thank Abdelrahman from the reception team for his professionalism and helpful attitude, always ready to assist with a smile. Additionally, Youssef from room service did an excellent job, ensuring everything was clean, timely, and up to standard. The animation team activities were very enjoyable and added a fun and lively atmosphere to the stay. I would also say that this hotel is more suitable for adults, especially for those who enjoy an active and vibrant environment rather than a quiet one. Their hospitality and dedication made my experience even more memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.

الفندق من أجمل المنتجعات من ناحية الخصوصية والنظافة والروائح التي تزكي الانوف اما بخصوص الشاطئ فهو رملي وجميل للغاية وكافة المرافق في الفندق توفر خدمة عالية الجودة لذلك اود ان أتقدم بالشكر لكل الموظفين والعاملين في الفندق وأخص بالشكر طاهر ابو زياد موظف الاستقبال على جهوده وايضا الشكر موصول للسيد سيد ابراهيم على كافة المعلومات والتوجيهات التي كانت ترسل اولا بأول.

للمزحة يمكن القول كان سوار الفندق حول المعصم مزعج خصوصا أثناء الاستحمام.

Special thanks for sayed ibrahim we had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my four-day vacation. The location is perfect—very convenient and close to everything, making it easy to explore the area. The reception team was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, they were friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel at home, and I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding hospitality. The rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The beach was beautiful and exceptionally clean, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the stay. The food was delicious throughout all four days, with great variety and quality at every meal. The service in general was excellent, and every staff member I met was helpful, polite, and dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and valued. It is clear that the team works very hard to provide a memorable experience. A special thank you to the reception staff for going above and beyond to make my stay so enjoyable. They exceeded my expectations and made this trip even more special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation.
