The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, even from the beginning after we had booked and hadn't even reached the property yet.The whole stay from the shows, food, cleaning and everything was amazing.

It was serene. Cocktails were good, staff was nice.

Food is sometimes hit or miss. The things that are cooked "live" are great, but the other stuff is less tasty

From the very first moment, his attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued. We were delighted by the complimentary upgrade from deluxe rooms to elite rooms, as well as the thoughtful gift of free tickets to the Ruby and Ahmed Saad party at the front of the hotel which was on 28 May.Our stay at the resort was truly memorable. The rooms were wide. The beach was sandy and pristine, the swimming pools were well-maintained, and the restaurants offered excellent food quality with a wide variety of options. Every member of the staff demonstrated professionalism and genuine hospitality, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. The resort exceeded our expectations in every aspect, and I am pleased to rate it a perfect 10. Without hesitation, Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort will be the first choice for me and my family whenever we visit Hurghada.
