Excellent Stay & Outstanding Service This was my fourth year spending my vacation at this hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and well organized, with a welcoming atmosphere that keeps bringing me back every year. A special thanks to Ibrahim for his outstanding service. He was professional, respectful, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. His dedication and positive attitude made a real difference to our experience. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again next year.

Le personnel adorable, la localisation dans sahl hasheesh, les équipements parfaits, la nourriture bonne et diversifiée, la qualité de la plage. On m’a très gentiment offert le late check out le jour de mon départ car mon vol était en soirée, merci encore.

Pas forcément rapport à l’hôtel, mais certains vendeurs sur la plage ne respectent pas toujours les drapeaux rouges lorsqu'on ne souhaite pas être dérangés.

Great hotel with clean rooms, excellent facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Everything about our stay at KaiSol Romance Resort was absolutely incredible! From the beautiful ambiance to the top-notch service, it was the perfect getaway. A special and heartfelt thank you goes to Mr. Ibrahim from the reception and his team. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs with such warmth and professionalism, making us feel truly valued from the moment we arrived. Their exceptional hospitality played a massive role in making our vacation both seamless and completely unforgettable. We cannot recommend this property enough and can't wait to return!

Beakfast was great, lunch and dinner had lots of options some were very good, some were average. Hotel tries to change variety daily, large salad bar, drinks ordered at the table, some extra stuff like fresh juices offered at extra cost, but they do great mocktails for all inclusive, staff were very very friendly and helpful, such as reception staff on arrival, i think his name was Ibrahim, asked us to wait while they prepare something special for us in the room, offered us welcome drinks. It was nice touch. Beach just in front of hotel, they help to find sand bed, there are also cabanas available with curtains for privacy, beach staff work tirelessly to make sure everyone served and looked after. Beach is sandy, if you care for snorkeling there is sunked city 10 min walk towards left. Overall great service, facilities, easy to navigate as hotel is cozy, 2 pools available, money exchange from ATM. Outside nice promenade with shops and restaurants. Staff in the restaurant very professional.

The spa was abit over priced. And hotel sauna room available was cold (heaters were off). Pools at summer time is with no heaters.
