Hotellets personale var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Der var stor fokus på gæster. Det var altafgørende for os, at der var a la carte restauranter med i all inclusive. Maden var rigtig god.

Puderne kunne være bedre og det samme gælder for sengetøjet. Det kunne godt være lidt blødere.

Mr. Ibrahim (front desk) was very welcoming, polite and generously helpful! I booked KING SIZE bed , the room and bathroom which is clearly shown on booking.com. I sent 2 messages before arriving, told them exactly what I need according to my reservation. No one answered. :( I arrived at the hotel. They gave us a TWIN room … bathroom was different from the picture… I was “ fighting “ with them to give me exactly what I booked, nothing extra … At the end they found the room with a KingSize bed and the right bathroom. My question is … why they acted like this? Why they didn’t give me exactly what I paid for? I didn’t like how we were treated. First impression matters.
