"The staff are incredible and what makes the stay so good"

It’s peaceful and quiet here. It’s easy to get to the beach and everything is close making the day easy. The staff are unbelievable. They are all so helpful and go out of their way to help. Especially Aymen and Hamid in the restaurant. Hassan at the bar. And Ibraheim in the check out.

The beds are quite hard and uncomfortable.

Food and cleanliness of the room

No on-sight parking which is clearly stated as an option bad entertainment programs Hot tub isn't actually hot as they state they dont turn the heaters on during summer making it a very bad experience The corridor of the rooms smells bad probably from the carpet

Már második alkalommal szálltunk meg ebben a szállodában, és ezúttal sem csalódtunk: ugyanazt a magas színvonalat tapasztaltuk, mint korábban. Külön figyelmesség volt a személyzet részéről, hogy mindkét lefoglalt szobánkat medencére nézőre upgrade-elték kérésünknek megfelelően:) külön köszönet!

A fürdőszoba felújítása már indokolt lenne.
