The location is phenomenal. Right on the water. The food was also good. Staff are friendly.

There wasn't a good explanation about an extra charge on my bill when I thought dinner was all included. The WiFi was also very weak, which isnt the end of the world, but for someone who needs good Internet to maybe work, this could be a problem.

The resort was everything they advertised on Booking.com Serene, calm on the river, clean pool and truly relaxing. We did not eat much at the resort so we cannot review the food.

The resort is actually in Aluva which is further from Kochi, so if you are planning to tour around Kochi then it's abit far out.
