Great view, amazing food, great staff, comfortable and very clean rooms

I had the most incredible experience at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel in Agia Pelagia! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel like a cherished guest. The resort's location is absolutely breathtaking, perched on a hillside overlooking the stunning Cretan coastline. The panoramic views from my room were nothing short of awe-inspiring, and I found myself captivated by the beauty of the deep blue sea and the serene atmosphere. The staff at the Blue Bay Resort Hotel are second to none. They went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to assist with any request made me feel like I was in a home away from home. The level of service truly exceeded my expectations. The accommodation was luxurious and meticulously maintained. My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could desire. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep, ensuring I was ready to embrace a new day of adventure. The dining experience at the resort was a culinary delight. I sampled a wide array of delicious dishes that celebrated the flavors of Crete and the Mediterranean. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of options, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and an artistic touch that made every meal a memorable experience. The resort's facilities, including the pristine swimming pools and spa, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether I was lounging by the pool, enjoying a spa treatment, or engaging in water sports, there was never a dull moment during my stay. One of the highlights for me was the Blue Bay Resort Hotel's commitment to sustainability and the environment. Their eco-friendly practices and dedication to responsible tourism really impressed me. It's refreshing to see a resort that cares about the planet and actively take steps to minimize its environmental impact.

Everything was better than my expectation. There was nothing that I did not like or enjoy.

I had an upgrade on arrival, I was happy with the room. Food was adequate, some evenings better than others. Baklava was amazing. Most of the staff were very friendly

Very far from the long beach, 2 euros to play pool. Cocktails were only raki and ouzo based, first all inclusive I’ve been to where vodka, gin etc are not included. We ordered a taxi for 9 people and they turned up and claimed we only ordered for 5/6 people which was stressful

Marina in the kids club was the most welcoming, happy staff member!

The food was absolutely horrible. There is only one buffet restaurant included in the all-inclusive option, and it is so bad. The only drinks included in the all-inclusive option are cheap wine, beer, and ouzo mixed drinks. They have a lot more options, but they all are for purchase. Our kids ate boiled eggs and apples for the three days we were there because they refused anything else. The pool bar only has horrible pizza and a ham and cheese "sandwich" that included one piece of ham and one piece of cheese. The bathroom had mold and the tub drain was blocked. The pools close at 6pm, and we did not see any type of entertainment after. The kids club is one room with some crafts (although we did love Marina). I would not recommend this property to anyone visiting Crete.

My wife and I spent the first 3 nights of our honeymoon at Blue Bay! We couldn't have been happier! We were absolutely satisfied with the facilities and the hospitality of the hotel!! All the staff were very kind and made us feel part of the family. They were ready and happy to assist us with anything we needed. The hotel was very clean and tidied. The restaurant was excellent, with a big variety of high quality foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also cared about the entertainment of both adults and children: it organised fabulous evening events, such as karaoke, latin and greek nights. It was also worth visiting the Four Seasons spa that is situated in the hotel: it provides excellent services and the staff are highly experienced. Σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ!

Nice staff, all inclusive food was well cooked with quality and good variety. Pools not over crowded (beginning of July). Nice view from pool/bar and bedrooms

Mini club for kids is a bit at the edge of the hotel and is located directly facing the sun during peak sun hours where you want to avoid toddlers in the pool but they end up in the sun anyway
