Hotel de rêve. Tout est beau, calme. Le personnel est adorable, vraiment aux petits soins. Le resto est excellent. Le service extraordinaire. Le petit déjeuner, divin, servi sur la plage avec les pieds dans le sable et les tortues qui sortent la tête de l'eau pour dire bonjour. Nous avions suite 2 chambres piscine, c'était fantastique. La grande piscine de l'hôtel est également parfaite. La location de vélo directe dans l'hotel est super pratique pour partir visiter l'île (ils ont des velos enfants). On a adoré notre séjour. Pondok Santi is the kind of place that takes your breath away the moment you arrive. The staff are beyond amazing, warm, attentive and genuinely caring, they make you feel instantly at home. It never feels forced; you can tell they truly enjoy looking after their guests. The estate itself is stunning, with peaceful gardens, swaying palm trees and the most beautiful stretch of beach. Our villa was spacious and private, exactly as we hoped for, but even better in real life. What really stood out was the personal touch, everyone seemed to know us by name. The food was so good that we ended up having breakfast, lunch and dinner here every single day. Fresh, flavorful and beautifully presented, we loved every meal. It felt more like staying with friends who really care than at a resort. Pondok Santi is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to remember and return to.

Stunning hotel! understated luxury. The garden area is very large and beautiful, the apartments with pool were perfectly furnished, the hotel had lots of details for the guests, the beach in front of the hotel was always quiet …

Great staff in any place and situation, always friendly, supportive and discrete. Beautiful location, curated in all details, with stunning bedrooms and open bathrooms. Food was special, fish and even pizza. Best place in the island

The location was perfect. The two room villa with a pool was amazing. The rooms and the facilities were superb. The staff were just lovely & kind as well as being very helpful. Breakfast at the beach spotting the turtles was the highlight of our mornings.
