As instalações, a localização, as piscinas e o acesso direto à praia, tudo ótimo.

En realidad más allá de la playa y lo bueno de las instalaciones....ha sido pésima la atención del personal, ante el hurto perpetuado en la habitación de dinero en dos billeteras . Después de 3 días de supuesta investigacion y observaciones de cámaras a la que no me permitieron el acceso, admitieron que había personal subcontratado por los que no podían responder. Fuimos maltratados por los encargados de turno y siempre negando hablar con la gerencia .
