Ubicación

En recepción no nos informaron que estaba incluído sillas y quitasol par la playa. Sin saber compramos gastando 445 reales por dos sillas y un quitasol. Lo dejmos en la habitación ya que era imposible traerlo a Chile

Lugar maravilhoso para aproveitar em família, ótima localização, quartos super confortáveis. Ótima estrutura de lazer.

O horário do check -in estava muito cheio,só consegui entrar no quarto depois das 16 horas. E o checkout às 11 da manhã, Sinceramente não tem lógica nenhuma,quem pega uma diária só vai lá pra dormir. E pior, eles não tem flexibilidade nenhuma pra deixar usar a estrutura do hotel depois desse horário, tem que pagar.

Bonito mas muito barulho. As 9 começou uma banda a tocar muito alto. Bateria no volume máximo. Impossível descansar

Essa banda começou a tocar cedo e nos acordou. Achei um absurdo. O bar da piscina abre as 11 da manhã. E o staff é bem desorganizado, só consegui pegar uma água 11:20.

"Buen hotel, excelente instalaciones y ubicación , pero hay detalles que son básicos y no los tienen."

Muy buena ubicación, excelente piscina.

Habitaciones antiguas, por precio debería tener desayuno incluido y que el día que uno hace el check out para poder quedarse en el hotel cobran 350 reales. No hay mucha preocupación por que los clientes se retiren contentos.
