Everything was amazing - beyond our expectations. All Staff exceptional, our Villa stunning, food was the best we had on Gili T.

Fantastic location, beautiful and modern, great sized rooms and beautiful pool. Photos online don’t do it justice. Staff are friendly and nothing is inconvenient. Definitely would recommend and stay there again

Overall a good choice for your stay. Private villas are really nice to stay in. Large enough. Wash rooms were good. Nice pond of fish put back. Private pool was great. Really enjoyed this. Bed was mostly comfortable with Storage for your gear and standard tea/ coffee provided. Fully stocked mini bar there if you wish, wasn't for us. Lighting was a good feature- soft and calming. Fan above bed was very good and a large air-con.

Just a bit of attention to detail was missing. Staying at Kuno Private villas was a premuim cost for us, so there is room for improvement. Staying this though, the staff are beautiful and helpful, the Kuno site is still gorgeous and recommended! Only saying the below for improvement and awareness purposes. We had a robe taken by house keeping (it wasn't dirty, just in a pile on the couch or something like how men leave most things lying around) and it wasn't replaced. Light in bike was not replaced when taken. Our villa received daily house keeping which was great, but the floors felt a bit dust toward our stay been 8 nights. It was a but uncomfortable always needing to sit on the bed aswell when not sleeping-the day bed doesn't have back rest. Before checking in, we whatsapped Kuno enquiring about spa services. They mentioned they did not have this service but recommended Azure Spa. I did go to azure spa and the staff here said great because Kuno gives their guests discount vouchers. But even though asking Kuno over whatsapp- the spa could only accept the voucher in person. They could have been more pro active here to really please guests. Just missing the mark with going from good to amazing at Kuno. Also, sorry to say the food is clean and well presented, but there is much nicer tasting food on the island. We really enjoyed the lattes though.

Hotel staff were so caring and wonderful, remembered names, gave great recommendations and overall genuine people. Villa was gorgeous, loved the outdoor bathroom and shower. Super comfortable. Food in the restaurant was delicious, and amazing coffee!
