Camotes Ocean Heaven Resort

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

The noise from the neighbouring road was pretty intense. The headboard of the bed had a nose breathing strip stuck to it and the room wasn’t very clean. There were cobwebs and mildew in the bathroom. Also, many windows were open and the place was infested with large mosquitos. The bedroom door used to have a peephole which had been replaced with a bit of tissue and a band aid to secure said tissue in place. I was disappointed to be in an upstairs room rather than one which faced the pool area. All of the walls and floors were tiled so starting at around 06:00, you could hear other people moving around and even their conversations. The staff were nice but I wouldn’t stay there again

Excellent everything was amazing, the food was fresh and the staff exceptional.

Really good resort with a nice service, pool was clean. The room is modern and cosy and protect from noises. I recommand the resort, was better thaht we were expeted. Room service for breakfast and dinner😊

Sometimes the personal is omniprésent but all the time nice with us. The only point négatif is the smell come from the bathroom.

It was not made clear upon booking that the resort only accept cash, which caused us an issue as there was no easily accessible ATMs.

Comfortable, clean, good food. Good pools. Excellent location. Helpful staff. I would book here again.

WiFi was occasionally intermittent, but this is often typical of islands in the PI.

The food was not the best.

My wife and I loved the size and layout of the room. It was nice that there was a balcony with a table and two chairs overlooking the pool area. The look of the grounds during the day was very nice however at night it looked even more spectacular with the lighting on the grounds. Both pools were very nice and even though we had only 5 days to explore the Camotes Islands we spent one full day in the resort enjoying the facilities. The staff were very kind, helpful, friendly and plus still professional. We really, really loved the quiet and slower place of the Camotes Islands and the Camotes Ocean Heaven Resort. We were picked up and dropped off at the ferry terminal by the resort which was so nice.

We can’t actually think of anything. After the hectic, noisy and busy time in Lapu-Lapu and Cebu we really needed the quiet and slower pace of the Camotes. Still relatively undiscovered by tourism we just hope it stays this way.
