Love the location. Staff are great. Children will love this resort.

Food there is still not that good we just eat other places.

Location is very accessible, just 7-10 minutes away from the Port , receptionist is very helpful, stayed there for 2 nights for my boyfriend's birthday with my family , asked them to sing a happy birthday to him, unfortunately they do not have any cake hence, the receptionist is very proactive in looking for ways to sing for him and she asked the kitchen staff to create a happy birthday dedication for him in a plate as canvas and written by a ketchup, really appreciate it.Will surely come back next time.

The Resort in generally was good experience and I would recommend it to other people, the pools were excellent and clean; the staff were accommodating and always ready to assist.

There was outside the resort some music which was outdated electronic music that played until 4 am which was irritating, and we could not sleep; the second night was lovely with no music. They did not have an ATM or electronic payments so was difficult to pay. They did not have their own beach

Probably the best hotel in Camotes, we tried others but went back to Ocean Heaven. Room has good A/C and warm water, internatinal TV channels, internet is most of the time available. Car parking slots infront of the lobby. 2 pools and cheap laundry.

The staff could be more trained, especially the breakfast and restaurant staff

The Island Is beautiful, and so is the resort! Comfortable room, no damp, amazing swimming pool and spacious garden, access to the sunset spot and beach a minute away, near Consuelo port, reasonable priced scooter rental (in immaculate condition!), and American or Pinoy breakfast and restaurant. Staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. What more can you ask for? Thank you Ocean Heaven resort for the great time!

Nothing not to be satisfied with...

The breakfast was great no problems there.. but the location was a little from town and ATM the closet was about 19 -15 at the hospital (landmark) I think this will be my first choice, for this area.. Camotes

I will not say dislike. Just so far from the local town.. but if you can ride a motorbike it a breeze.
