BGThe hotel itself is nice and the water in the pool was hot and clean. The restaurant was very good and the food was fine.
The most important thing when you are on vacation is to escape from daily stress and go where you can relax without any stress, unfortunately this hotel doesn't achieve this goal and they helped me not to forget it. When I made a reservation everything was ok, I received a conformation and start my Journey to my holiday not worry about my stay. I notified the hotel for my late arrival at about 8pm so was traveling without any doubt about my stay, but 30 minutes before arrival I got a call from the hotel that I don't have a room and at 7.30pm I didn't have any other option except to accept their offer to be accommodate in some guesthouse for which my decision I regret very much at 3am when I was freezing without heating in December , for them it was nothing wrong. I thought they will give me some excuses, but no it is completely normal to pay for good hotel and to leave you at cold room of some guesthouse. I have to say I've paid the full price of this terrible stay. I can't recommend this hotel at all because it not caring about its clients, there's a really big risk to get left without place to stay.
