"Disappointing"

Room was clean

Breakfast was not as expected,very poor cheese. The pool was not open ,in maintenance which was awful for our kids.

I liked the place, and the staff, especially the receptionist. Mr. Ossama abu zeid

What I didn't like was the food, especially at dinner. The soup was cold, and there was no flavor to the food, even though it was prepared, but not in a good way.

There was a always smiling security guard at the door

My son got sick from the food he ate. and during the night he suddenly vomited on the sheets. They charged us $20 for this. I've never seen anything like this in my life. The sheet is washable. I have told them but receptionist forced me to pay...
