Khem Villas

We stayed in one of the cottages overlooking the lake and it was a perfect place to just sit and watch! So much wildlife right on your doorstep, wonderful! The staff were great-they couldn't do enough to help, food was delicious and the camp fire was a lovely way to end the day and talk tiger!

It was all great

Good breakfast. Nice room. Good lunch and dinner. Nice sitting around fire before dinner having a drink and meeting people. Lovely walk around grounds viewing local wildlife. Friendly attentive staff.

A bigger swimming pool in a better location for the sunshine would have been nice. A minibar in the room would be good especially if your wanting to sit outside on your terrace.

Lovely place, nice people, good food, close to park

Despite multiple communications before and during there was no accommodation for wife’s gluten free request. This was the only downside otherwise great.

What is not to like. A wildlife haven and prime place to stay because of its grounds. Pools of fantastic bird life and crocodiles just for you. Veggie food is amazing, service outstanding. We were in a luxury tent which I think is their cheapest option and was great. Hair has gone a bit "monica" without a hairdryer but that's just a personal thing! Recommend fort visit with Danesh (guide), who also sorts out transfers for uou if you've booked your own safaris via the ranthambore official site. Highly recommend zones 2 and 4 if you can get them. Don't just get hung up on tigers (we did see them), there's so much more out there ie storks, antelope, deer, turtles, mongoose, boar and the fab sloth bears. Never mind the amazing bird life. 10/10 khem villas
