everything was great, the staff is very friendly and nice! We were met late in the evening! Special thanks for the bathroom! Clean, quiet, great for a stop. Keep in mind that there are Thai mattresses here, which means they will be hard. This is neither good nor bad, just know this

At the premises of the place there is a plantation that was nice to walk and watch birds.

The place is a Motel rather than a Resort. a noisy fan in the bath room.

The property was secluded and had areas of greenery on site nearby nature which was quite pleasant. Despite initially trying to try their luck and scam us out of 500baht for a 100baht journey, the male member of staff at the property did kindly assist us in navigating our way from the property to Surat Thani.

We were very disappointed by the staff at the property trying to take advantage and scam us before we even arrived. Our bus took us only 5/10 minutes past the property, and when we rang to ask advise on transport they tried to charge us 500B to pick us up - and this was while laughing at us on the phone. A Grab taxi was 100B. We were unhappy to be laughed at and them trying to take advantage of us, and this is concerning as the area didn’t have much around it. The room was also not very clean, as we arrived we noticed lipstick marks on the glasses left in our room, stains on the bedsheets and towels and the bath had grime and limescale surrounding it as well as big cracks in the actual bath. If you are squeamish about wildlife and lizards, this is not the place for you as we had at least 3 geckos in our room upon arrival.

Each room has an entrance from its own private parking lot which is very convenient. The bed was very comfortable and clean.

There is a bit of mold and fungus in the bathroom. It would be perfect if they’d clean it well

- Room looked nothing like the photos - Was greeted by 3 cockroaches, a bunch of ants and a mini scorpion - There's a small puddle of water in the bathroom that wraps around the door frame and never dries, so the bottom of the door frame has literally rotted away - The shower is part of the bathtub, hot water didn't always work and you have to crouch / sit down in the tub if you don't want to flood the whole bathroom - There was poop from some small animals everywhere including one of the pillows - It's pretty much in the middle of nowhere so you need a scooter or a car and drive at least 10 minutes to get to 99% of the restaurants / cafés in the area
