Certamente la disponibilità e la simpatia di Nikolas, l’accoglienza e quanto messo a disposizione degli ospiti, il giardinetto con i tavolini per la colazione con le ottime torte fatte in casa ed appena sfornate; la simpatia di Max, il posto silenzioso e molto tranquillo per una vacanza disintossicante. Ci torneremo per usare la SPA

La pulizia della camera è perfettibile ma già più che valida. Parcheggio libero ma pubblico ed a volte difficilmente disponibile se cercato proprio vicino Peccato non aver potuto utilizzare la S.P.A. chiusa nei mesi caldi.

L’accoglienza meravigliosa, la cura dei dettagli la splendida posizione. La colazione servita all’aperto in un luogo stupendo immerso nel verde sullo sfondo del castello.

Very cute small boutique hotel with very warm and welcoming hosts

After walking 3 weeks on the Via di San Francesco, we booked this hotel for the spa and we weren’t disappointed. Lukas went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic! Breakfast each day was plentiful and our afternoon snack and dinner were perfect. His Aperol Spritz also hit the spot.

The accommodation was perfect. The place is charming, clean, special, highly recommended.

Very tidy and all the modern conveniences I'd say if you were interested in the spa a very good facility although the room and the spa are not the same thing so just be aware of that. Shower was piping hot as were the radiators.

A little of the trail if you're on the St Francis Way and for my budget I don't know if I'd stay a second time.

Excellent service, lovely designed rooms with a lot of attention to details. Fantastic breakfast, got us started for another day of pilgrimage. One caveat: no dinner options in the village, if you don't have a car you can only order by phone, which was helpful, but not very good.
