The room is extremely clean with all amenities working and in great condition. The young man at reception was really nice & helpfull and I was able to upgrade to an AC room instead after the first night. Accommodation is within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and Varkala beach... But is in a quiet location so you can relax. I had no issues at all.

The room was truly comfortable and clean with hot water and all things needed. Close to the beach and all restaurants.

Just not so good view from the window, because of nearest territories. But I think it is in process and will be better soon.
