The position far from any noise is very pleasant, room spacious and clean. Staff super helpful and friendly. I left by mistake my e-book in the bed and the manager managed give it back to me when I was already on the bus, one hour away from the hotel… incredibly nice.

Property was surrounded by greenery , very helpful staff. Good food

The room was not maintained properly, definitely doesn’t look like how it is shown glamorously in the pictures. Due to low maintenance there was a constant bad odour. It is not value for the money quoted. The stay is quite far from the Munnar town.

Location difficult to approach. Property must arrange transportation from city center. They may charge for it. A bit difficult to reach if not having own car
