"A gem of a hotel with incredible staff"

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff treated me like royalty, helping with every query and concern. A real character to the room, comfortable beds, nice breakfast, amazing pool area.

There was a puppet show in the courtyard area which was pretty pushy in selling me a performance. Wouldn't suit an introvert.

Everything was perfect and clean. One manager gave me a wine bottle as a gift, very gentle and the people that work there are very nice and kind, since security. The in charge of maintenance was a very nice guy, help me and recommended places to go

I was trying to do a photo shoot and the manager in charge at that moment said I can't take pictures with the camera just with the phone, then he was asking for my room number, like saying I was not staying there....very rude.

El hotel es un lujo, lo recomiendo 100%. Las habitaciones amplias, limpias y bien equipadas. Las instalaciones muy bien y el servicio de desayuno es un buffet muy variado y bueno. Tienen servicio de lavandería y el personal es muy amable y atento aún no sabiendo mucho inglés. Está bien situado ya que no se encuentra céntrica pero en Uber o taxi estaba muy cerca del centro, así puedes evitar el problema de ruido por la noche.

El personal no habla mucho inglés y cuesta un poco comunicarse con ellos.

La posizione della struttura si’ rivelata tranquilla, la cucina del ristornate buono con ampia scelta (occhio allo spicy che può risultare fastidioso se non siete abituati ai cibi piccanti), la spa (centro massaggi)comoda dopo una giornata dedicata alla città.
