Some residents smoking at breakfast, so disrespectful.

Unfortunately found that the services offered were not the best value for money at this accommodation. Our room was a little tired and in need of an update, including linens, electrics and general decor. The rooms would also benefit from a mosquito net which they are set up to accomodate but are not included. We also found the breakfast service slow and in need of some more staff. Attention was given to a large group of Indian nationals who made demands upon the staff and also were particularly loud and noisy in what we thought should be a calm, quiet and relaxing resort. Unfortunately they ruined our stay, playing music and being very disrespectful untill the early hours. In continuing our stay in Agonda we found better value accommodation elsewhere.

The property had power cut issues. For two nights, we had a power cut, long ones at night as much as we could not sleep and had to change our room at 4.00 am for few hours. The other room had smell of dampness and smelly blanket. All of this aggravated the cold and allergies of me and my baby. None of the rooms get sunlight, so there was a lot of darkness the entire day. Food was not that great. Staff were helpful.

Excellent location, very helpful staff and relaxing atmosphere. Located just off the Agonda main road so no noise at night.

Only minor issues, the shower floods the whole bathroom when in use and some of the linen is a little tired.

LOVED my stay at Cinnamon, I didn't want to leave! Beautiful clean and well kept jungle huts, only a 5mins walk from the beautiful Agonda beach. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was simple but tasty, very relaxed vibe and atmosphere and had a great time here. Would recommend, definitely!

Everything! The place is magic like walking in a jungle where you find incredible people(the staff was beyond humanity), good food and quiet! I sincerely recommend to stay here.
