Located down a small path so away from the busy street. Quiet. Breakfast was included, they did the best masala omelette here. Staff were super friendly and helpful and even took us and our luggage to our next stay further up the beach on a scooter. Rooms a a little dark but I guess it kept the heat to a minimum.

The outdoors were good and done up in Bali style boutique resorts.

The rooms are absolutely awful with no interiors or even a remote feel of luxury. For 4500/- per night they were an absolute nightmare. We had to cancel our booking , they were that bad.

Great location in such a peaceful spot. Very close to shops and restaurants and the beach. Agonda beach is wonderfully peaceful and we spent several days relaxing there. Breakfast very nice and staff always visible and ready to help. We had laundry done whilst there and were very happy with that. Rooms serviced daily. Air con in our room a bit noisy and could probably do with a service.

Not very clean, bedding and towels musty but washed. Breakfast limited.

Lovely room excellent bathroom . Great pool. Friendly staff always ready to help with things like printing out boarding passes . Easy to get the beach. Good food

Maybe a safety deposit box

The location is great- in the centre of Agonda, near all the good restaurants and shops. Very close to the ATM machine and tuktuks for travelling further afield. It’s easy to access the beach and it’s nice to be slightly inland, surrounded by trees. The cabins are lovely with a shady terrace area to relax out of the very intense sunshine. Mosquito net on the bed is very useful. WiFi and air con are good. Staff are all lovely. It’s very relaxing listening to all the birds sing and all the plants and trees make a nice tropical environment, which is a nice change from dust and sand.

There are no sun loungers around the pool area. Just seats so you need to go to beach to sunbathe. I found the peace and quiet was spoiled by large groups of families who were very loud and shouted a lot, compared to all the other guests who were quiet and considerate. So I would prefer if it was an adult only hotel. The cabin walls are not soundproofed so yelling parents and screaming kids is not nice to hear at all hours of day and night.

Breakfast adequate.

Room facilities very poor. Bathroom sink tap broken, shower head so blocked could not have a proper shower. Generally not clean. Had to ask for hot water to be switched on 10 minutes before shower. No security box as advertised. Not enough wardrobe space to unpack. Moved out after 3 nights to new resort. Manager unapproachable.
