it's location and cleanliness. the hospitality was a pleasure. the staff at the restaurant was very polite and they have prepared almonds all our favourite dishes at our demand.

This is an oasis of sorts .. just 35 KMs from Udaipur .. serenity beckons and so does the impeccable hospitality of the 42 staff members in a 24 room exclusive property with 16 private pool villas .. going back with the extended family .. soon 🔜

Breakfast was pathetic.

The property is in a nice location and the room is big.

They will ask you to pre-pay. They will send you a message through Booking.com with a generic code. You cannot understand what they want, so through emails we got to know that they need a 50% deposit (when it is not informed on the Booking.com). The communication system is awful, not able to reply emails in English and their phone number in Booking.com is not correct. You only can communicate by phone and do not try to speak english. We arrived to the property and even I am the main guest and I was doing the talking, they turn to my partner and started to speak in Hindi. Really awful sensation! The dinner was meh with multiple kids running a run and their slow service, it made the experience basic. We waited over an hour for one dish. They have limited continental options, and they never know if they are available. The breakfast was meh. I was not feeling 100% but we decided to go to the restaurant as the in-room dinning was more limited. They have really limited continental options (eg., eggs upon request, fruit, cereals, limited pastry). They said they had milkshakes and drinks but they never advised to us anything, only check QR code. I went for the pancakes of different flavours. They were three cm long and only regular. Over night, we had to contact reception twice and they do not speak English! They allocate us over a party and even after 1 hour waiting and two calls, they did not do anything. My partner got upset as it was sick and the lack of response and noise was not letting me to rest. Location used for weddings, be ready as the noise will last hours. Heater and hair dryer do not work. The room is huge so if you need to heat up the bathroom, no options! We called Housekeeping to request things and they never brought them (even after asking in Hindi). Their reception guest card said check-out at 11.00 AM - noon. We asked for a checkout at noon and they declined after even showing the guest card.

The food was amazing along with the hospitality. Also, it's a big resort with multiple activities to do. They do provide cycles to travel nearby and the staff is very warm and welcoming(except few exceptions).

There are a lot of things which ruined our trip. 1. The swimmimg pool was not at all clean. Even after cleaning there were insects which were lying on the water layer which gives a very pathetic feeling to even enter into it. Moreover, pool does not have facility to use warm water. 2. It's very far from the main city. 3. The resort use to serve high tea during evening hourse but we were not informed about this during our visit. Just on the last day of our trip we got to know that too while viewing the resort. 4. The price is not at all reasonable. We got to know through our cab driver that at this price we would have got something better in the main city.
