The staff were great, but the hotel needs some renovation work in the rooms, had to get moved room and then something else broke just before I left so I would have had to be moved again. Staff make this place passable, however if you like a hotel room that functions then you might want to look elsewhere. I did get a free lizard roommate with the room as there was big holes in the metal window netting. Safari was really good though and they arranged everything straight from the hotel, even woke me up with a coffee. Please please please invest into the maintenance and refurbishment of your rooms

Very nice staff, close to national park - excellent start of day distance to Ooty, food was good!

Some mosquitos and pool was not good (under reconstruction ).

Its a great location,climate was really good and food was decent

Could have been bit more cleaner and the dogs inside the resort is sometimes a nuisance

Staff were excellent and happy to assist me in resolving any problem that I may have. Meals were included and were excellent. Restaurant staff would follow up with me regarding what I wished to eat and time I would like to eat. Front desk arranged for safaris into Bandipur Nature Park. Everything operated smoothly and on time.

Wifi was only fully accessible when standing close to reception building. Although my room was close to reception the signal inside my room was poor.

The charges were exorbitant for 2 night stay, they charged me 5k extra for an additional bed and the room wasn’t good. Beds were broken and there was no proper lights. Worst experience

Breakfast was Good and location is also good. Good Facilities sport and swimming pool Very serene atmosphere, Deers roam around the facility giving you good gaze at them.

Room which was allotted to us needed electrical maintenance

The room was not clean and outdated.
