The pool and the food

As a paying guest, I would of thought I would of been a priority, but No!!! Let's have a party on our rooftop (Disco, people dragging chairs,babies crying) asked manager how long more 10 minutes.... turned into an hour and a half. They didn't care.. DON'T GO THERE

We stayed there four years ago and liked it very much, so we really looked forward to visiting it again. The view is absolutely gorgeous and the pool perfect, because there is a deeper side. The garden and flowers are really beautiful. The breakfast is superb.

We wanted to make a reservation in the restaurant, because it is extremely good, but they told us, there is just pizza available for tonight because of a private party. It was ok with us and we were spoiled with a few free drinks during dinner because of the circumstances. What we didn’t like at all and really destroyed our stay and time there, was the privat party. There was a Dj and a band and they started to rehears at 8 p.m. The party started at 9 and with the music it was nearly impossible to have a conversation because it was next to us. This was still fine with us, but then we went to bed at 11 pm and because the music stopped for an hour and most of the guest went inside, we thought that it was over outside out of respect for the hotels guests. But at 00:15 am the band started again outside and it was sooo noisy. I wrote the owner, when the party is going to stop and he said 1,1:30. He said we could change rooms, but the property is very small and there are few rooms so there was no chance, that there was a room without the noise because of the speakers and amplifier. And we were so very tired. My parents wrote to me, that they couldn’t sleep either in their building and there were party guest smoking and shouting in front of their room (this was not the party area). At two o clock in the morning I was so pissed and tired, that I started to look for the hotel manager (lots of guests in front of our room as well). He assured me that he is going to shut down the music. The band stopped to play a few minutes after that, but then they dismantled the whole thing for over half an hour and it was so loud as well. At 3 am there was finally some peace (at least I thought so, maybe I was just too tired). We didn’t have to pay for our restaurant visit as apology, but my mom was so pissed and if she would have talked to the owner she would demanded the 300€ back, that we payed for one night (2 rooms). The stairs in both rooms are extremely loud when stepping on them.

The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely amazing. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor bar was an added bonus! The kids loved seeing the animals too.

Our room wasn’t set up for the correct number of guests, but this was promptly rectified. The air conditioning didn’t work the first night but this was fixed the next day. Staff were apologetic about the inconvenience.

There was nothing I didn't like. This place is 5 stars all the way. The staff, the grounds, the view, it is a very beautiful place and well worth the ride from town.

Beautiful boutique hotel nestled in the mountains with a view of the sea. The restaurant was the best meal we had in Italy.

The view was amazing

Website states free breakfast included in stay, which is a main factor I look at while booking. When we asked the lady at reception, she told us no breakfast. Only dinner served. If breakfast isn’t included, please update website so it’s not misleading information to people looking to book at the property. Also when we checked in the gentlemen just handed us the key and didn’t explain anything in regards to the resort. I don’t know if it was a language barrier or what but surely didn’t make us feel welcomed.
