Spotless as in all Italian resorts that respect themselves! Staff very helpful, manager Matteo informed us very well prior to our trip about how to get the keys and all the codes required to get into apartment as we arrived very late in night. The extra bed was done for my son when we got there and this really melt my soul! The peaceful environment, the cleanliness of the swimming pool and all the flowers and green spaces very well looked after that surround the resort made our trip unforgettable! Thank you all!

Just a small comment about not been able to chose the place we liked at the swimming pool, even if there were not too many customers on that week, because of some resort policies. However, it wasn't a huge problem. And this pale comparing with all the other facilities! Well done Cosmopolitan resort!

Nice apartment, facilities (pools) not open and not near beach that had sun loungers allocated which was also bit open - the entry to the accommodation was very overgrown and dark at night. Some staff were exceptional (the checkin woman) the golf staff were rude and unhelpful- we paid to play golf (expensive) course was lovely and wildlife on course fascinating.

The man in reception and that the facilities were not open, not sure the resort should be open if facilities unavailable
