Super garden Woman at reception and waiter extremely nice . But manager / owner was deasaster

The manager / owner ( woman) was unbelievable unfriendly. Only the woman at reception rescued the situation, otherwise we would have driven away. Second: Hotel was empty and we had to book higher category. Third : food was nice made and ok but not what they would like to be.
